Questions
Is it in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is in Arabic and English, and each person chooses their own. Numbers stay 0-9 so they match your receipts.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Ghayl opens in the browser on your phone or computer.
Can I bring my Excel sheets?
Yes. Fill in our Excel template, read the check report, then save. You can undo an import.
Where is my data kept, and is it safe?
On servers in Western Europe, copied every night. Only your account can see it. If you ask us for help we can look, read-only, and that visit is logged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted and payments keep working. With more than 7 units you cannot add new ones until you choose a plan.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, on the paid plans. Each worker has their own login, sees only the buildings you choose, and every change they make is logged.
How do I pay?
Message us on WhatsApp and we send you the payment details. No card is needed.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. On a paid plan you can download everything as one Excel file at any time, and for 30 days after the plan ends.
What can the assistant do, and who can use him?
He answers from your own records: who owes, empty units, leases ending soon, recent payments, this month's rent and each building. He can prepare a payment for you to confirm. Only the owner can use him, on the trial and the paid plans.
Does the assistant send my data anywhere?
To answer, Ghayl sends your question and the figures it reads (tenant names, amounts, dates) to Anthropic in the United States. They are not used to train models. You can switch the assistant off in Settings.
How do you say Ghayl?
